Had a great time!
Well my run in "Annie" at my local community theatre is now over. I was Mrs. Pugh. I had a GREAT time with everyone in the cast. I can see how someone could do this show for a long period of times and really enjoy it. I have done many other musicals that I quickly got sick of, but Annie was not one of them. There was really something magical about Annie and I am so glad that I was able to be part of that magic (even if I was just Mrs. Pugh).
The show was sold out for all 10 nights it ran. It actually was sold out WAY in advance and a few fist fights occured out on the parking lot over tickets (and I am not kidding!). Needless to say, Annie was a hit for the theatre and it is still the buzz around town.
