Melissa Betancourt - 3rd National Tour
Melissa Betancourt (Tessie) Melissa, 11, is making her professional debut in Annie. She played the role of Mercedes in Joseph Papp's summer workshop production of San Cocho in 1978, and has been studying voice with Louis Polanski, acting with Zara Shakow at the Acting Training Center and dance at the Phil Black Dance Studio.
