In spring 1985 I remember waiting by the VCR to tape this commercial and finally got it. It was done I think just before Alyson was in the Broadway revival of Take Me Along. Pepsi was so eager to get it out in a hurry to coincide with the release of "New Coke" that they made it with videotape rather than filming it.
